The following dispositions are from 92nd District Court in St. Ignace, March 4, March 8, and March 9, Judge Beth Gibson presiding. Arresting agencies are in parentheses.

• Gary Laysell Jr., 31, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated. He was assessed a $1,000 fine, one year probation, and 10 days in jail (suspended). (Mackinac County Sheriff Department)

• Duane Obeshaw, 29, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana. He was assessed a fine of $1,500, 30 hours community service, one year probation, and 30 days in jail (25 suspended). (Michigan State Police)

• Charles Cobe II, 18, of Naubinway, was bound over to Circuit Court on one count of criminal sexual conduct, fourth degree. (Mackinac County Sheriff Department)

• Shawn McNamara, 29, of Newberry, was bound over to Circuit Court on one count of breaking and entering a building with intent, and one count of conspiracy, breaking and entering a building with intent, habitual offender, third offense. (Michigan State Police)

• Bruce Crandell, 56, of Carp Lake, pleaded guilty to driver with open intoxicants and careless driving. He was assessed a fine of $390 and three months probation. (Michigan State Police)

• Andy Briggs, 27, of Cedarville, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated. He was assessed a fine of $1,000, 20 hours community service, one year probation, and 10 days in jail (suspended). (Michigan State Police)

• Kirk Smith, 25, of Sault Ste. Marie, pleaded guilty to operating with license forgery/alteration and open intoxicants. He was assessed a fine of $500, 90 days in jail, one year probation, and 25 hours community service. (Michigan State Police)

• Brian McKerchie, 19, of Sault Ste. Marie, was bound over to Circuit Court on one count of controlled substance, delivery and manufacture. (St. Ignace City Police)
