Larry Radford

Larry Radford Larry Radford Larry Jack Radford II, 40, of Kincheloe, passed away unexpectedly Sunday morning, January 28, 2018, on Brevort Camp Road near Brevort Lake. He had lived in Kincheloe for the past year.

He was born August 21, 1977, to Larry Jack and Linda (nee Schimmelpenny) Radford in St. Ignace.

Mr. Radford was graduated from LaSalle High School.

He married Aneta Brown June 10, 2009, in St. Ignace.

Mr. Radford had a construction company in Illinois before moving back to the Upper Peninsula. He had lived in Illinois for two years. He also worked at the Dixie Saloon in Mackinaw City for several years, in security.

He was a volunteer fireman with the St. Ignace Fire Department as well as the Kinross Fire Department.

Mr. Radford loved the woods and enjoyed walks in the wilderness.

He is survived by his wife, Aneta; his mother, Linda Radford of Kincheloe; a sister and her family, Jennifer and Joe Ashetzie, also of Kincheloe; three stepchildren, Derron Fender of Jamaica, Demoy Samuels of Kincheloe, and Delannie Samuels, also of Kincheloe, and a half-brother, Frederick “Bill” Radford of Illinois.

He was preceded in death by his father, Larry, who died in 2008.

No services are planned.

Dodson Funeral Home of St. Ignace assisted the family with arrangements.
